Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 USD. Orders below this threshold will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
